Then two preliminary steps might be missing:

	sudo texhash /usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf-dist
	sudo updmap-sys --syncwithtrees

Then re-enable. ('updmap --listavailablemaps' should list the  
OrnementsADF MAP file fragment.)
