The distillation should be done with the help of latex command in the source file, or even better, by producing the graphics with the help of packages like mfpic.

That I consider unnecessary under the special circumstances.

Create a folder "Templates" in the Dropbox folder containing all your templates and make sure to use absolute paths to eventually included files like signatures, logos, etc.

> - use Adobe Acrobat to make .eps files of the new .pdf files
> - move all but the .eps files into a ``source'' subdirectory for safe-keeping
The files are saved on the IPad, or, if you wish, you can save them in a separate subfolder of your Dropbox or iDisk.

Can be done from the iPad.
