You're welcome! These scripts have already made of TeXShop a wonderful
MetaPost interface, and moreover they are growing still better! Now
TeXShop lacks only a proper MetaPost syntax coloring. Does anyone know
if this is planned for a future TeXShop's release?

Great feature. I will try it soon.

The users of the emp package will be probably very pleased about this
new workflow too!

Though it is easy to change this (through script editing or a "% !
MPOST" directive), since your nv-metapost engine is aimed to replace
the original TeXShop's mpost engine, I would set the $CONVERTPDF
variable to zero by default. It is currently set to 1. Except this,
as a mfpic user, I think it can perfectly replace the original "mpost"
engine now; And so the nv-metafun engine with the original "mptopdf"
engine.

Not me, anyway!

Many thanks again for this wonderful work,
