My "criminal negligence" was of course a joke and I hope your head  
will not explode.

You will notice the few words just before. I was just asking a  
question from Dyballa and poking a bit of fun at him.

As I think I wrote somewhere along the line, my interest in latex 2  
html is episodic and at best limited.

I have repeatedly expressed my gratitude for, and stated on this list  
that I am not remotely about to change from, TeXShop.

Here, though, I must protest: What could possibly have given you the  
impression that I so presume?

Where I was indeed negligent was in my ignoring the point that was  
once made to me, off this list, that it is always dangerous to joke  
and even more so in an email. I promise to try very hard to be a good  
boy and not to relapse.
