That is not what I get which, in TeX, is that the whole line gets  
selected. Since, indeed, option triple click does the same I had  
thought ...

By the way, after a lot of use, it turns out that Schulz's trick of  
using Find is no better than double-clicking on the first word and  
shift-clicking on the last word because of what happens if you have  
to do some Find and forget to reset it.

So, I still think that option-triple-clicking ought to select the  
text on a line without the newline or whatever.

It would of course but there is no pattern to the items of the "list"  
and, even if there were, I couldn't write a script to save my life.
