> No, don't try moving it manually.  I'd guess you didn't install the BSD command line part of the dev tools (I think this is now optional).  You can either do that or (I think) add /Developer/usr/bin to your PATH.

I think it's the other way around. It used to be optional but is now part of the standard install since OS X is now officially a UNIX.

By the way, what version of OS X is being used?
