[OS X TeX] capitalization solution in bibtex bib files

Various sources online suggest enclosing parts of the citation in an
extra set of curly brackets {} to maintain capitalization if it is
lost. Since my citations are usually science citations with lots of
lame acronyms and capitals, what is wrong with enclosing the whole
title as a matter of course with and extra set of brackets?
Title = {{...}}
to preserve capitals in my bibliography, rather than
Title = {...{}...{}...}, etc.?
Thanks,
-Dave
