[OS X TeX] Problem with TeX Live Utility

Tlmgr 2009 will save a copy of the latest tlpdb if you have write  
permission.  Since MacTeX requires root permission, this doesn't work,  
but the latest tlmgr no longer prints this message.

This all looks correct.  Did it prompt you for a password and install  
it?

This appears to be installing to TL 2008, which should not happen.
