[OS X TeX] removing MacTeX 2008

I personally followed these instructions, from the official website :

http://www.tug.org/mactex/2009/uninstalling.html

By the way, have you tried the \caption command for the figures  
inserted with \graphics ? if yes, you didn't have any problem with  
that, did you ?
