[OS X TeX] New Format Macro (Applescript) for TeXShop

A little typo, that changes the meaning of my question:

I wrote

> Are all of THE legal possibilities for a format command, e.g. "%&mex"?

I meant 

> Are all of THESE legal possibilities for a format command, e.g. "%&mex"?
