[OS X TeX] Off topic: system stablitity

Upgrading to 10.5.7, I get many more beachballs, and sometimes a crash/ 
freeze, with Mail than I did with 10.5.6. But that's pretty much the  
only problem with stability I have been having, and since it's  
localized to Mail, doesn't seem like a hardware problem.
