[OS X TeX] Macintouch report on TeX versus Word

Victor,

I deal only with two publishers (three really) Springer and  
Birkhauser. It certainly applies to them. Between them they must  
represent a large percentage of math publications.

I also deal with Dover, but they only scanned an old book of mine.
