[OS X TeX] More on TS performance

In case anyone is interested, I doubled my TeXShop typesetting speed  
by using batchmode (including "interaction batchmode" in the pdflatex  
command on the engine preference page). The only drawback is that the  
log is not readily available, but it is written and can be consulted  
if there are errors (which are not registered). My point is that the  
console seems to be taking up a lot of processor time.
