[OS X TeX] BBEdit integration scripts / interactive mode

The newest version is even worse. Now Skim does not move to the  
foreground (that's OK), but the screen isn't refreshed until I've  
clicked on the BBEdit tool bar several times, and then there's still a  
five second or so delay. So, I'm reverting to the pre-synctex/skim  
version once more.
