[OS X TeX] Flashmode with arbitrary editors and previewers

I created a version of Flashmode that should work with any editor and  
previewer provided that a few simple Applescript commands will be  
understood properly by these applications.

For these implementations you have to ask the corresponding authors.

This particular version of Flashmode is universal (32/64) and requires  
Leopard.
