Howdy,

I answered you before with a question for you. Do you have an outdated  
package in your personal tree (somewhere in ~/Library/texmf/tex/latex,  
where ~ is your HOME directory) or the texmf-local tree (somewhere in / 
usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/)?
