[OS X TeX] TexShop suddenly can't find pdflatex.fmt (even though it's there)

Watch out if you use Lucida Bright fonts. There is no support and you  
have to install all the necessary files. There is an excellent post of  
Bruno
Voisin's in the list arxiv explaining what to do.

Other than that I installed TeXLive 2008 yesterday and it  all went  
well. I like the option to switch between the old and new TeX installs  
in
system pref's.
