[OS X TeX] tlmgr and proxies

Thanks for that.  It looks like I can setup up a .wgetrc in my  
directory with commands like

http_proxy =
http_user =
http_password =


I don't seem to have wget though. I'll install that tonight when I am  
away from proxy servers.
