Actually thisseems to be  a good mirror

%tlmgr list |egrep "^i" |wc -l


returns now 1767

Connection to random mirror after updating on this one give a bunch of
messages like

collection-mathextra: revision in
http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008 is less then local
revision, not updating!

termlist cannot be found in http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008

Remember that tlmgr  update --all not only updates but also installs
