[OS X TeX] CM fonts disappear

Additionally, try to diagnose where the problem is by: try to print 
to another printer; try to print to this printer another pdf from 
preview etc. Also you say it is the exact same setup but if you have 
upgraded to Leopard you may need to check for new printer drivers.
