Howdy,

One of the updates, as moted by Gary Gray, is dvips. The comment  
basically said that the source had changed location. Should that  
update anything in TeX Live (i.e., MacTeX)?

Another point... if a binary changes will tlmgr handle the update  
correctly? Who is building the universal versions of the software for  
TeX Live? Is that Dick Koch?
