No, it isn't. Try this one, so you will see how it works:

\documentclass[12pt,landscape]{article}
\usepackage[landscape]{geometry}
\usepackage[ngerman]{babel}
\usepackage{blindtext}

\usepackage{pstricks,pstricks-add,pst-math,pst-xkey}
\begin{document}

\blindtext

\end{document}
