Which is an older version of the document Bruno Voisin recommended.

In CTAN there is an even newer version (Jan. 2008):

http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/info/symbols/comprehensive/

But, as Voisin said, the one in

/usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf-doc/doc/english/comprehensive/

has what the OP was looking for.
