[OS X TeX] Completely uninstalling i-Installer packages: list of man pages?

Yikes! I think I've got most of it. But it was seriously unfun ...  
there where quite some leftovers including binaries that should have  
been long gone. Won't make the mistake of using i-Installer again.  
MacPorts is that way to go for stuff like this, I guess ... :)
