[OS X TeX] Can't download lshort in Spanish

Hello everybody,

when trying to get "spanish.zip" from

http://www.tug.org/mactex/src/Documentation/Starting%20Off/ 
Introduction%20to%20LaTeX/lshort/

the downloaded archive turns out to be empty. Does anybody know why?
