[OS X TeX] Trouble with Cyrillic--Solved!

I wrote Peter Dyballa off-list with various log files; he wrote back  
to me with the magic command:

Because of the fault you should invoke in Terminal:

	sudo chown -R `id -un`:`id -gn` ~/.texlive2007

This will make you again the owner of your data.

And that fixed it!

My thanks to all on the list who took time out to help me solve this  
problem. I owe Peter a few beverages and hope to repay his kindness  
one of these days.
