Howdy,

When I switch to the Manage Packages tab I get a message about  
``refreshing list of all packages'' in the lower pane and the spinner  
does stop until the data is downloaded and displayed in the upper  
pane. I've got a pretty fast connection so the spinner doesn't stop  
for very long.
