Not at once! If you compile GCC 4.2 and pdftk 1.4 yourself you'll  
have to wait until tomorrow ...

Actually – I just ran 'fink show-deps pdftk' – it might take an hour  
longer. Libjasper (JPEG2000) and libwmf (MS Windows metafile support)  
are also necessary.
