[OS X TeX] mathabx astronomical symbols

Presumably the package worked once. If it fails now, then probably
there is some conflict with other things that you are using,
or it hasn't been properly installed.
(It uses Metafont fonts, so these need to be generated on-the-fly
the first time any particular font is used.)

So *please* provide an example, cut down as much as possible
but still exhibiting the error. Only this way can anyone help you.

It would also be good to see the actual error message,
preferably by seeing the full .log file (which will contain
a wealth of extra information, some of which may be relevant).
