Howdy,

I've put Latexmk321TeXShop.zip on my download page, <http://
homepage.mac.com/herbs2/>.

NOTE: technically latexmk 3.21 is beta but seems very stable and has
additional features over and above previous version.

Version 3.21 now seems to work fine with packages that produce
multiple bibliographies; automatically keeping track of and applying
bibtex to the individual bibliography files. I've only tried it out
with the multibib package and it works fine.

As with version 3.20, this new version works with glossary packages
(glossary and its replacement, glossaries) and the nomencl package.
The rc files that come with with my packaging for TeXShop now work
with both glossary and glossaries for the usual glossaries (Glossary
and Acronyms) out of the box. If you make other types of glossaries
you'll have to edit the rc files; there is an an example of how to do
that in the rc files for the glossaries package. Note that the <out-
ext> is the INPUT for makeindex while the <in-ext> is the OUTPUT from
makeindex!---see the documentation for the individual packages. In
addition, the perl scripts used by the glossary and glossaries
packages are no longer used so may be removed from ~/Library/TeXShop/
bin/ if you were using the 3.20 packaging.

NOTE AGAIN: technically latexmk 3.21 is beta but seems very stable
and has additional features over and above previous version.

Good Luck,

Herb Schulz
