What else?

With little, if any knowledge of the system's working, I've tried to guess
that rebuilding the various TeX formats, after removing the package files
(bgtex) would also *remove* (uninstall) the formats that had been built by
that package: i.e., I am targeting removal of the package and everything that
was created by it, and everything that depends on it. For ex., I might
decide to use another package, or for any other reason (as in this case,
to see how the system's additions work: adding, removing, updating).
