If I put the cursor at the beginning of a line and do a Format- 
 >comment the line is indeed commented out.  However, if I put the  
cursor anywhere on the line (including highlighting the entire line)  
and do a command-{, nothing happens.  Also, if I do a command-}  
anywhere on the line, the line is indented, whether or not it is  
initially commented.  The Format->uncomment works as expected.
