I just found it incredibly so, not in relation with save-date for which 
I am waiting to update my installation but in connection with the 
problem I mentioned in "Variable", as it has allowed me to 
automate—well, almost—the creation of hundreds of files.

(I had been looking for something like that for over a year. But 
\jobname is well hidden on page 754 in Companion2ed and I missed it 
since I wasn't interested in "multiple bibliographies in one document".)
