Howdy,

The fancyhdr package supplanted the fancyheader package (with some  
comments about file names that could only have 8 + 3 characters :-)).  
The major difference is that \headrulewidth and \footrulewidth are  
now commands rather than lengths so you need things like

\renewcommand\headrulewidth{0.4pt}

to set them. I think most simple setups will need little change.
