[OS X TeX] \linenumbers and only half of the page

I don't know about this.  Someone with more TeX expertise may be able  
to tell you how to modify the \makeLineNumber macro that actually  
produces the line number.

Add the line

\modulolinenumbers[10]

after \linenumbers.
