[OS X TeX] pdf to html conversion

Never had a a reason to convert a pdf to html. There are a few open  
source command line utilities that do this, but I have never tested  
them out:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdftohtml/

http://freshmeat.net/projects/pdf2html/
