These fonts don't mean a thing to non-XeTeX TeX. This elder TeX works
with TFM and VF fonts and, in case non-MF fonts are used, it needs a
MAP file that translates TeX font names to PostScript or whatever
font files on disk.

To install the CJK TeX extension on disk get the TeXCollection
TeXCol2006-2007 DVD, stick it into your Mac, and in Terminal change
directory to /Volumes/TeXCol2006-2007/texlive. Then, running 'sh
install-pkg.sh --package=CJK --listonly', you would see that about
5,000 files would be installed, including the packages arphic, cns,
garuda, norasi, uhc, and wadalab. 'sudo sh install-pkg.sh --
package=CJK' would start the installation.

Windows, c'est un peu comme le beaujolais nouveau: à chaque nouvelle
cuvée on sait que ce sera dégueulasse, mais on en prend quand même,
par masochisme.
