[OS X TeX] Flashmode-downloadable updated

Flashmode-downloadable now contains a script "Flashmode-combination"  
in the folder Example Script, that combines "refreshtext" and  
pdflatexc and is meant to be used with an external editor having TS  
as previewer.

Looking at the structure you can replace pdflatexc by any other  
button name. Of course Flashmode-TS should be open.

I would recommend either to save the script as an application,   
installing its icon in the Dock, as a TS macro, or use Apple's  
universal Script menu to call the script from within any application.

Notice that the pdflatex scripts that can be triggered from Flashmode- 
TS-Scripts are rather complex, they can be used with single tex files  
as well as master/slave combinations and in case of an error they  
show the error in the source.
