[OS X TeX] [ANN] TCOBrowser-0.87

I just released a new version of TCOBrowser, now a Universal binary.   
It also includes a more recent TeX Catalogue and fixes a few bugs.

- Fixed XMLTree compiler warnings
- Use case-insensitive comparison for identifying local docs
- Temporary files are now only created for opening .dvi files
- TCOBrowser is now a Universal Binary, and requires 10.3.9 or greater
- Simplified code in several classes
- Fixed some potential crashes in accessor methods
- Performance improvements
- Dates are now handled correctly (RCS tags are removed, and a format  
string is used instead of the unreliable  
dateWithNaturalLanguageString: method)
