In the case of my second script I would recommend to have the tex  
window hidden in TS otherwise you might accidentally hit the typeset  
button overwriting the new version of your file with the old version  
- unless of course you uncomment the refreshtext part of that script.

The pdf window is sufficient for the script. The Macro button can  
also be installed on the pdf window bar.
