[OS X TeX] Missing Bold Epsilon in Fourier?

Herb, that's not the solution! I think the real cause is that you  
forgot to add fourier.map (and fourier-utopia-expert.map for owners  
of the commercial Utopia font set) with updmap-sys. Still you can run  
into situations when Fourier seems to fail. Look into /usr/local/ 
teTeX/share/texmf.gwtex/fonts/map/dvips/fourier/fourier.map to see  
yourself!
