[OS X TeX] Font embedding

1. Adobe Acrobat will tell you which fonts in in you pdf file which
   are embedded and which not.

2. If not all are embedded, open the file with Preview and save under
   another name. The saved file will have all fonts embedded.

This works for me running a Fink/TeTeX installation using the default
fonts.
