[OS X TeX] Arial fonts

Yes, but not included so as to be used / embedded by TeX.

You could use your system native fonts by using XeTeX, http:// 
scripts.sil.org/xetex

You can make use of them by specifying the Ghostscript clone of  
Helvetica which is a core font, _not_ embedding them in the .pdf and  
then trusting to the system to use Arial instead (defined as the core  
font alternative for Helvetica back at Acrobat v4 or 5 I think it was).

You can then export a .pdf using Preview.app to get Arial embedded.
