As a follow-up to this discussion, where can I find a good beginner/
intermediate level user tutorial and/or a more expansive discussion
on using hyperref to generate PDF forms (ie, using the \begin{Form}
\end{Form} environment and all of its possible sub-commands). My
google searching always leads back to the manuals or to discussions
that are too short to be satisfactory.

Also, why is it, when I generate a PDF form using LaTeX/hyperref,
certain form fields (eg ... popup menus) are inactive in Preview and
TeXShop viewers while active in Acrobat Reader?
