[OS X TeX] Looking texh4t and OpenDocument feedback

Got it, but it doesn't seem to work. Actually I have more problems  
than before. When I run 'mk4ht oolatex file.tex' it chokes with files  
I have included with \include, it says it can't write to the .aux  
file of the included file (which is in a subdirectory). It seems that  
the problem is the subdirectory, if it is in the same directory as  
the master file, I don't see the error.

I also get a "--- warning --- Can't find/open file `tex4ht.env  
| .tex4ht'" although tex4ht is in my local tree.
