It's not clear which number BSR is referring to, but you certainly  
don't want to add them. Either go by "real", which is the actual  
elapsed time (and therefore depends heavily on what else your machine  
might be busy with at the time--I assume it wasn't running much else  
in the background!), or else add the other two times (which represent  
actual CPU time used).

Either way, it looks pretty usable. :)
