[OS X TeX] TeXShop, iconv and encoding

Bastian,

There is a bug in the ISO Latin 9 code, which is somehow related to
TeXShop's behavior in Japanese (note that the encoding immediately
following ISO Latin 9 is Japanese). I'm going to try to fix this bug
today.
