[OS X TeX] TexShop Applescript question

If I understand your request correctly, you don't need applescript to  
do this. Just pick "Set Project Root" from the file menu and set the  
project root file to be your master file. Then when you tex your  
chapter file, TeXShop will tex the master file instead.
