I don't use MathSciNet, so I don't know what output formats they
have. In general, BibDesk can directly read

- BibTeX
- RIS
- PubMed/Medline
- JSTOR
- Web of Science

by various methods. To add these, copy/paste or drag-and-drop text
into BibDesk's window, use the Service(s) from your web browser, or
try one of the methods discussed in this thread <http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=31149531&forum_id=11760

We're working on some additional documentation for these features, but
user contributions in that regard would be welcome.
