[OS X TeX] To embed a tree as a subtree

Another question:

I have just bought the MTPro2 (MathTime) fonts from PCTeX. There is  
no installer for the mac, and I have to embed the MTPro2 tree as a  
subtree of the texmf.local tree.

Is there an automatic way, Mac ou Unix, to do it ?
